Five-Minute Chocolate Mug Cake 

Introduction

This mug cake is perfect for when you want a little something sweet.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 coffee mug
    2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
    2 tablespoons sugar 
    1 tablespoon cocoa powder
    1/4 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 serving packaged egg whites
    2 tablespoons skim milk
    2 teaspoons oil
    1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla

Directions

Mix the dry ingredients in the mug.
Mix the wet ingredients in a separate small bowl, then pour into the mug and stir just until combined.
Microwave for 3 minutes on high. The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!
Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.
